ShipNote is a service that generates AI-powered changelogs from your GitHub repository commits. We analyze your code commits and create user-friendly release notes that you can publish and share.
To use ShipNote, you must authenticate through GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. We collect and store information from your GitHub account as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ShipNote, including your code commits and generated changelogs. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your repository data to generate changelogs and provide our services.
You may not use ShipNote to:
We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate your changelogs. Your commit data may be processed by these services in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
ShipNote is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, though published changelogs may remain accessible.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
